To study the opinions on a mathematics learning activity with online flipped classroom of Grade 9 Gifted students at the Laboratory School of Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University. The target group was 32 Grade 9 Gifted students at the Laboratory School of Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University in the second semester of the academic year 2021. The research instruments consisteds of 1. learning management plan using an online flipped classroom model on pyramid cones and spheres, 2. the teaching observation form, 3. the student's learning behavior observation form, 4. the recording form using learning activities plan, 5. the mathematics achievement quizzes, 6. the mathematics achievement test, and 7. the opinion questionnaire towards mathematics learning activities with online flipped classroom.</p> <p>The data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation, content analysis, interpretation, and conclusion presenting in essay form. To examine the issues related to promoting political participation. 2. To synthesize the promotion of political participation in accordance with Buddha-dhamma. 3. To propose the practical application of promoting citizen political participation in the urban areas of Chonburi Province by Buddha-dhamma application. The research methodology was the mixed methods incorporating both qualitative and quantitative research methods. In-depth interviews were conducted with 24 key informants, and surveys method collected from a total of 400 respondents from the population in Chonburi province. The data were analyzed using statistical methods, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.</p> <p>The research findings indicated the following: 1. Issues related to promoting political participation in the urban areas of Chonburi Province included the fragmentation of community meetings, lack of readiness to attend meetings, difficulties in accessing community leaders, a lack of awareness of their roles in political participation, and a hesitancy to engage in politics. 2. Communities that adhered to Buddha-dhamma tended to have better-informed citizens who share similar perspectives, respect social rules, understand their roles, respect human equality, and prioritize the continuation of Buddhism as a guiding principle. The overall average score for political participation promotion in the urban areas of Chonburi province is high, with an average score of 3.62. This comprises political activities (average score of 3.80), leader characteristics (average score of 3.74), local administration (average score of 3.61), and policy formulation (average score of 3.33). 3.Promoting political participation in the urban areas following Buddha-dhamma involved regular meetings where local issues were discussed, encouraging members to follow the decisions made during these meetings, emphasizing the importance of political activities, and fostering citizen engagement and collaboration with government agencies. This election, the Move Forward Party used political innovation by designing progressive political and public policies, different from other political parties. Social media were used as a tool in the campaign to communicate with the public that characteristics were as follows: 1. used diversification of opposite types of old method of the older parties by using their party policy and the era of new generation leadership 2. emphasized the use of social media, especially TikTok, YouTube, which did not require payment (free to use) to reach voters, understand and remember the party's policies and candidates 3. did not use money to buy votes. From the review of concepts, the digital competency approach had been summarized into 4 parts and had integrated competency units into each component as follows: Together with Digital Literacy (D1), Digital Understanding, Digital Skill (D2), Using Digital, Problem Solving Digital (D3), Solving Problems with Digital Tools, and Adaptive Digital (D4). Adapting to digital transformation All of these were elements for promoting application in government organizations to develop human resources in the areas of 1. Training &amp; Learning 2. Promoting between individuals or the ability to work as a team. Teamwork and 3. Evaluation, all things were connected to the development of government resources as a never-ending process. It promoted competency from the beginning into work. until the end or growth in one's career, Safety in the use of digital technology must also be considered appropriately. Organizations must develop digital competencies for government personnel continuously and fairly. Equal for all age groups, every work group because the human resources in each organization and the potential of each department were different. Leaders must promote and push personnel equally to be able to work using digital technology to respond to needs of people and society appropriately in the digital age. The Buddha taught his disciples to be mindful of every posture in their actions, including speech, work, and lifestyle. Therefore, it can be applied to management in the organization. From the distance of work during the crisis of the COVID-19 epidemic. By reducing distance and having face – to – face conversations. A distant relationship makes you think that you are the only one who works hard. There is a feeling of not being as close as before, combined with the business growth that is recovering it feels like work is not progressing. Using the principle of mindfulness to maintain the relationship of personnel in the organization to return to its original efficiency starts with 1. Using mindfulness in conversation by looking at thought own feelings. 2. Know how to be careful of your co-workers’ thoughts and feelings.3. Using mindfulness for open and honest communication. 4. Training to know how to work together in harmony. 5. Building confidence by using mindfulness in your expressions to indicate your leadership status. These 5 points are basic guidelines to be followed in building good relationships with personnel. Respect each other accept advice and criticize with positive thoughts.
