The constructed innovation was examined in two aspects: 1) the content validity was reviewed by a panel of five experts; and 2) the reliability was conducted in a repeated measure design with the twenty samples from personnel of Thailand National Sports University Suphan Buri Campus by volunteer recruitment and simple sampling methods. The data analysis was employed with the Index of Item Objective Congruence and the Pearson correlation coefficient. The findings revealed as follows: the IOC was rated at 1.00 and the reliability was rated at 1.00, which indicated the constructed innovation was complied with the objectives and the components given and the working system was effective in accordance with its design.
