https://so08.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/VCMBS/article/view/5850

This study examines the effects of Software Engineering Project Management, Organizational Support, and Self-efficacy on Employee Performance in China’s automotive industry during its technological transformation. Data were collected from 400 professionals in software, technology, and project management roles using a structured questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. The instrument demonstrated strong validity and reliability, and data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with ADANCO software.

Results showed that all three variables had significant positive effects on Employee Performance at the level of .001, explaining 75.5% of the variance. Software Engineering Project Management had the strongest influence, followed by Organizational Support and Self-efficacy. The Cohen’s f² values indicated medium to large effect sizes. The findings underscore the crucial roles of effective project management, supportive organizational environments, and employee confidence in enhancing performance. This study provides new insights by integrating managerial, organizational, and psychological factors to explain employee performance in technology-driven industries.
Xuejia SunChitralada Trisakhon

https://so08.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/VCMBS/article/view/5895

This research aimed to 1) study digital transformation and operational performance, and 2) examine the impact of digital transformation on the operational performance of the food and beverage industry in Thailand. Data were collected from 380 respondents using a questionnaire. The statistics used included percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis.

The research results showed that both digital transformation and operational performance were at a high level. Digital transformation accounted for 74.9 percent of the impact on operational performance in the food and beverage industry, including factors such as innovation, technology, digital leadership, and collaboration. Digital transformation is not only an option but also a necessary strategy for food and beverage businesses seeking to enhance their competitiveness. Designing processes centered on technology, developing human potential, and fostering collaboration across all sectors are essential elements that drive organizations toward sustainable success in the digital age.
Srisarin NorasedsophonNarumol SriboonruangThipawan ThanakitchotePakaporn PhongthongSandusit Brorewongtrakhul

https://so08.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/VCMBS/article/view/5811

This study aimed 1) to examine the influence of work relationships on employee participation and career development, and 2) to analyze the mediating role of employee participation in the relationship between work relationships and career development. Data were collected from 359 full-time employees in Thailand’s machinery manufacturing industry using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed for data analysis.

The results showed that work relationships significantly and positively affected employee participation (β = 0.697, p < .001) and career development (β = 0.586, p < .001). Employee participation also had a significant positive effect on career development (β = 0.240, p < .001). Furthermore, employee participation partially mediated the relationship between work relationships and career development (β_indirect = 0.167, p < .001). The model explained 59.7% of the variance in career development and 48.6% in employee participation. These findings highlight the crucial causal mechanisms through which positive work relationships and active employee participation foster human capital enhancement and sustainable career development in modern industrial contexts.
Yutthapong ArunyakanonArtit BoonyapisangkhanSareeya Sasarom
