Education must adapt to prepare learners to meet future challenges effectively. The PILLARS framework consists of seven key components: Participation, Innovation, Leadership, Learning, Accountability, Resilience, and Sustainability. This article explains the origins and significance of the PILLARS concept while offering practical guidelines for its application in educational settings. These include integrating the framework into curricula, co-curricular activities, professional development for educators, and creating learning environments conducive to growth. Additionally, the article discusses expected outcomes at the student, institutional, and societal levels, as well as challenges and recommendations for implementation. The findings indicate that the PILLARS of Excellence concept holds great potential for enhancing the quality of education and promoting holistic student development. The factors include the intention to use the system and user satisfaction. The research utilizes a quantitative approach, with the population consisting of ERP system users. The sampling follows the probability sampling method through simple random sampling, with a sample size of 283 questions. The data is measured by using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis.</p> <p>The finding shows that information quality, system quality, service quality, intention to use, and user satisfaction significantly influence work performance. The instruments used for data collection are a questionnaire and observation form. The key informants are the 5 administrators and staff responsible for the management planning, 3 staff responsible for waste collection and elimination and 4 residential citizen of the Lam Luk Ka Subdistrict Municipality. The result finds that the key problem of the household waste management is the waste separation from wet, dry, dangerous wastes before waste throwing away. There is some waste separation for paper and water bottles. Other wastes are still let together in plastic bags, black bags or bins which are adapted from used household containers. For the problems of waste management, it is found that the different areas of Lam Luk Ka Subdistrict has not followed the waste management policy of the Lam Luk Ka Subdistrict Municipality due to the community leaders do not implement the policy strictly , lack of cooperation and realization by community members, lack or insufficience of budgets, acknowledgment of information of waste management,lack of opportunity to participate in waste management program and lack of knowledge on waste problems. The waste management should be divided into 2 main activities; home/village and municipality. For home/village, the waste bin or bag should be prepared for each home for separation and reuse of waste. This study was a quantitative research. The sampling group comprised of guests who have stayed at Bunkbed Hostel, from which 300 subjects were selected by using the Taro Yamane method of Convenience Sampling, utilizing a questionnaire to collect the data. The statistics used in this case were descriptive statistics analysis: frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and concluded hypothesis by t-test, One Way Analysis of Variance, and compared tests performed by using Scheffe method.</p> <p>The results of the research found that: (1) The personal factors of the guests who have stayed at Bunk Bed Hostel, most of the guests were male, 21 - 30 years old, foreign nationalities, students, earnings an average monthly income between 10,001 - 20,000 Baht, purposes of the trip were for work/business, and the duration of stay was 2 nights. (2) The service quality factors of the Bunkbed Hostel Ratchathewi District, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration in overall was at a high level (x = 4.10, S.D. = .581). When considering each aspect ranking by the average, the tangibility of the service was at the highest level (x = 4.21, S.D. = .629), followed by the responsiveness to customers at the high level (x = 4.10, S.D. = .631), the reliability at the high level (x= 4.08, S.D. = .707), the empathy at the high level (x= 4.08, S.D. = .714) and the confidence in accessing services at the high level (x = 4.05, S. D. = .650), respectively. (3) The Comparative analysis of the difference of personal factors with the service quality of the Bunkbed Hostel such as gender, age, nationality, occupation and the purpose of this trip showed no difference. Findings from the study were intended to design Thai-way activities and services for Koh Samui tourism. Data were collected by using a questionnaire for 400 international tourists and an in-depth interview of 10 tourism entrepreneurs. It was found that cultural factors affecting Thai-way tourism included architectural and interior style, dressing, ways of living, Thai activities, Thai services, Thai tradition, and Thai cuisine and dessert.
