The primary emphasis is on the protection of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562. The research revealed that this law is particularly challenging to implement in practical situations, particularly in public health agencies that are limited by budget and personnel. Practical training is a critical approach to improving the knowledge and comprehension of medical professionals, thereby facilitating their efficient and accurate adherence to the law. The study's findings suggest that personnel's knowledge and comprehension are significantly improved by the implementation of explicit policies, the creation of concrete manuals and guidelines, and the provision of practical training. Furthermore, the utilisation of secure data management systems and technology can effectively mitigate the risk of personal data breaches and foster patient confidence.
Kiarttiphorn Umpai, Wariya Lamlert Copyright (c) 2025 Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://so08.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jhusocbru/article/view/4144 Sun, 03 Aug 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Promoting Real-life Learning Resources and Creating a Learning Ecosystem for Innovation Creation in the Khao-Pa-Na-Le area, Nakhon Si Thammarat https://so08.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jhusocbru/article/view/4389
Research on promoting real-life learning resources and creating a learning ecosystem for innovation creation in the Khao-Pa-Na-Le area, Nakhon Si Thammarat has the objectives to 1) promote real-life learning resources outside of the classroom in the Khao-Pa-Na-Le area and 2) create a learning ecosystem in creating agricultural, industrial, and business innovations in the Khao-Pa-Na-Le area. In English as a Foreign Language (EFL) settings—particularly in Thailand—grammar remains a persistent pedagogical challenge. This quasi-experimental study investigated the effectiveness of incorporating word cloud technology within active learning frameworks to enhance grammatical competence among 38 second-year English major students at Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University, selected through cluster random sampling.Research instruments included pre- and post-achievement tests, student learning logs, and semi-structured interviews. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, including a paired-samples t-test and relative development scores. Results indicated a statistically significant improvement in students’ grammatical competence (p < .05), with a large effect size. Qualitative data from interviews and learning logs were thematically coded and content-analyzed, yielding three emerging themes: (1) Grammatical Competence, reflecting students’ increased ability to understand parts of speech, sentence structures, subject-verb agreement, and vocabulary expansion through contextualized examples; (2) Learning and Teaching Activities, highlighting the motivational impact of group collaboration, Think-Pair-Share techniques, gamified exercises, and student-centered tasks; and (3) Technology in Enhancing English, emphasizing the role of word cloud tools in promoting engagement, independent learning, and instructional applicability, while also identifying challenges such as device limitations and unstable internet connectivity.Findings from semi-structured interviews further corroborated the quantitative results, revealing that learners perceived the integration of word clouds and active learning as not only effective in reinforcing grammar skills, but also transformative in shaping their future pedagogical beliefs as pre-service teachers. Participants reported greater confidence, deeper vocabulary retention, improved reading comprehension, and increased enthusiasm for collaborative learning. Despite some technological constraints, students overwhelmingly endorsed the approach as a dynamic, visually engaging, and pedagogically sound enhancement to traditional grammar instruction in higher education contexts.
Sirikanjana Baikham Copyright (c) 2025 Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://so08.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jhusocbru/article/view/4884 Tue, 22 Jul 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Analysis of the Current Situation and Problems of Online Chinese Language Teaching in Thai Universities in the Post-Epidemic Era https://so08.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jhusocbru/article/view/3687
Online teaching has a profound impact on international Chinese language education. The research objectives of this paper are to examine the current status and problems of Thai teachers in teaching Chinese after the epidemic, to examine the current status and problems of Thai students in learning Chinese after the epidemic, and finally to propose appropriate suggestions for Chinese teachers and students in teaching and learning Chinese after the epidemic. In this paper, 32 Chinese language teachers and 94 students from three schools in Thailand were used as the research subjects. A questionnaire was used to conduct the survey, and the results of the survey are as follows: By examining the current situation and problems of Thai teachers' teaching in Chinese language teaching after the epidemic, it was found that Thai Chinese language teachers can master the online teaching platform, and online centralized assessment is the assessment method used by most Chinese language teachers for online teaching. Teachers' problems include interaction problems and technical problems such as sound lag on the online platform. The classroom management ability needs to be improved. By examining the current situation of Thai students' learning in Chinese language learning after the epidemic and the existing problems, we found that the main purpose of most of the Thai students' learning is to like Chinese culture, and the platforms used for learning are more diversified, with more forms of tutorial homework after class. However, there are some problems, such as short time of learning Chinese, weak Chinese foundation, and lack of concentration in class. According to the above research on the results of teachers should improve their own teaching ability, and participate in more online teaching and learning ability training. They should design more interactive learning games with students; design online assessment programs to improve the efficiency of online learning outcomes; formulate classroom management regulations and strict requirements for online classroom discipline. Students should increase their interaction with teachers when learning online. Students should improve their Chinese language level. Actively participate in online Chinese courses and avoid being late.
Jian Sun, Somyos Chanboon, Jongrak Maneewan Copyright (c) 2025 Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://so08.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jhusocbru/article/view/3687 Fri, 25 Jul 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Good Management System of Rajabhat University Administrators According to the BCG Model Goals https://so08.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jhusocbru/article/view/3856
This article aims to presents the good management system of Rajabhat University administrators according to educational BCG model goals that facilitates implementation.
