The objective was to analyze the production factors under each economic cycle situation in Thailand which could create the knowledge body for the economic policy implementation in each economic cycle. However, the production factors varies across different </p> <p>stages of the economic cycle. During periods of economic prosperity, the production factors are heavily utilized. In contrast, during the economic recession, the use of production factors significantly declines and sometimes even entirely ceases. However, during the economic recovery, the production factors are gradually reintroduced. A questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data with a sample group of 315 entrepreneurs and people involved in pottery products in Dan Kwian Subdistrict, Chok Chai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The descriptive statistics ; Frequency, Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation. In addition, the inferential statistics was used to analyze the structural equation models (SEM). and test the hypotheses. The study found that level of opinions regarding the logistics performance and the logistics efficiency was overall at a high level while the performance of the entrepreneurs was overall <br />at a moderate level. Moreover, the logistics performance had a direct impact on logistics efficiency while the logistics efficiency had a significant direct impact on the operating performance of the entrepreneurs at the level of 0.05. This study was conducted by the quantitative approach. The questionnaire was used to collect data from 400 people in the eastern Bangkok. Data were analyzed by using the frequency distribution statistics and were summarized as percentages. This is a quantitative study that gathers information from SME enterprises in Maha sarakham province that are sole owners or individuals. The sample size was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan table, with <br />a 95% confidence level and a 5% acceptable margin of error, yielding a total of 382 participants. Data were gathered by questionnaires and evaluated using percentages, means, and standard deviations. One-way ANOVA and multiple regression analyses were used. The research employed a mixed-methods approach. The data was gathered, by the questionnaire as a tool, from 400 customers of SMEs in the Upper Northern Region Cluster 2. In addition, the in-depth interview was conducted with SME business operators in Upper Northern Region Cluster 2, with 5 participants from each province, totaling of 20 people.</p> <p> The findings revealed that 1) the customers of SMEs emphasized the importance of developing products or distinctive services. The study employed a mixed-method approach, collecting data through questionnaires from 400 samplings and interviewing with 40 key informants. Data were analyzed by using Mean, Percentage, Multiple Regression Analysis, and Content analysis.</p> <p>The findings are as the following: 1) the application of the beliefs and the innovations to support the creative tourism policy during the COVID-19 pandemic in the Roi-Kaen-Sarasin area was overall at a moderate level. The research employed a quantitative approach, with a sample of 395 users from Pathum Thani. Data were collected by using the closed-ended questionnaires and were analyzed through discriminant analysis to construct a classification equation. The findings revealed that the factors influencing the use of food delivery applications in Pathum Thani were included with the age, the educational level, the monthly income, the consumer behavior in using the service, the price per order, the attitudes toward the food delivery applications, and the usability and service quality of the applications. Additionally, the factors affecting the selection behavior of food delivery applications were also included with the monthly income, the most frequently ordered food types, the application’s ease of use ,the simplicity, the speed of operation, and the convenience of tracking the delivery status. These variables were utilized to develop a discriminant function for group classification.
