การบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 1

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และ 2) เปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 1 จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และระดับการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 130 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน และสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.84 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และการทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe') ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ด้แก่ ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ 2) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 1 ที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานและระดับการศึกษาที่ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนการจำแนกตามตำแหน่ง โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน
