Abstract

The purposes of this research were to develop knowledge standards of school management and educational quality assurance for teacher students. Scopes of research have 3 steps, step 1 synthetic research, step 2 testing development, step 3 focus group discussion. The research findings were as follows: 1. Synthetic results of questioning knowledge standards of school management consist of theories and principles of management in schools, educational leadership, systematic thinking, learning of cultural organization, organizational human relations, organizational communication, classroom management, team working, Academic project management, career training program, project and activity development, information systematic management,
education for community development (104 items) and knowledge standards educational quality assurance consist of principles, concepts and practices of education quality management, total quality management, Learning activities Continuing quality of learning management, implementation of quality assessment activities and learning activities (48 items). 2. Testing developmental results by finding the IOC with 5 experts. Value of IOC is between 0.60-1.00 and trying out to get reliability 0.96, In addition finding difficulty and easy (p) between 0.20-0.41 (152 items) and discrimination (r) within criteria 0.21 – 0.91 3. The results of focus group discussion would be mad designing process by making and developing of 6 steps, including 1) determination of content and
behavior that needs to be measured. 2) selecting of questioning type and forms . 3) Writing of drafting questions. 4) Arranging and making books. 5) Check, improvement edition and 6) quality checking.
