GUIDELINES DEVELOPMENT ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION TO NEW NORMAL UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE KAMPHAENGPHET

Abstract
The research aimed to study status, problems, compare the status and to seek guidelines for academic affairs administration development in the new normal of secondary schools under Kamphaeng Phet Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The sample consisted of 317 school administrators and teachers, selected by using Krejcie and Morgan’s table and multi stage random sampling. Key informants were 17 experts. The research instruments included a questionnaire and interview. A statistical for data analysis to find mean, standard deviation, frequency distribution, percentage, ranking and F-test
The research results indicated the following:
1. Overall status of academic affairs administration in the new normal was at a high level. The most common problem of academic affairs administration in the new normal was students were not ready for electronic instructional media in their learning.
2. Comparison results of the status of academic affairs administration in the new normal classified by school sizes showed there were no statistically.
3. Guidelines for academic affairs administration development in the new normal were students should provide learning strands and modify learning activities to support learning in the new normal and schools should modify their curriculum to be more flexible in the form of learning in the digital era.
