A STUDY ON THE SATISFACTION OF THAI TOURISTS WITH A TRAVEL BLOG INTRODUCING DANANG CITY, VIETNAM

Abstract

The objective of this research is to create a travel blog recommending tours to Danang City, Vietnam for Thai tourists interested in visiting Danang City, Vietnam, and to study the satisfaction of Thai tourists towards the travel blog recommending tours to Danang City, Vietnam. The population in this research is the visitors to the Thiawdanang travel blog (เที่ยวดานัง) https://sites.google.com/view/thiawdanang  from April 14 - 28, 2024, totaling 171 individuals. The sample group consists of respondents who completed the satisfaction assessment questionnaire, numbering 51 individuals, selected based on 15 - 30% of the sample group and determined by using the condition of the first 1 - 51 individuals who completed the assessment questionnaire.

The research tools used in this study include:

Statistical analysis used in the research includes mean, standard deviation (S.D.), and content analysis for qualitative data analysis. The research findings revealed the following: 1. The created travel blog features content introducing Marble Moutains, including knowledge, general information, travel directions, maps, introduction videos, illustrative images, and travel suggestions, presented in both Thai and Vietnamese. 2. Thai tourists expressed a very high level of satisfaction with the travel blog
