Abstract
This article analyzes the role of artificial intelligence (AI) as a key innovation of the current era, beginning by defining artificial intelligence as a program that simulates the human nervous system's functions learning, thinking, analyzing, synthesizing, and making decisions based on the data within its system. artificial intelligence has consequently become widespread in daily life and professional work.
Function, impact, and limitations artificial intelligence creates massive change in lifestyles and global labor markets. It is categorized by its capability (ANI, AGI, ASI) and function (Reactive Machines, Limited Theory, Theory of Mind, Self-awareness). Although artificial intelligence has the potential to boost efficiency and productivity, it raises concerns regarding income inequality and job displacement. However, the article clearly states that artificial intelligence has limitations and cannot fully replace humans, especially in areas like the five senses, creativity, intuition, and decision-making that requires discretion and common sense qualities that distinguish and elevate humans above artificial intelligence.
The conclusion emphasizes that artificial intelligence is an advanced program created by humans. The most effective use of artificial intelligence is in collaboration with humans, known as augmented intelligence, which helps reduce redundant tasks and allows humans more time to focus on strategic and creative work. Ultimately, humans retain a vital role in controlling, overseeing, and utilizing artificial Intelligence purely as a tool for survival and further development.
