THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROBLEM-BASED VIA WEB TRAINING ON CORRESPONDENCE FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHER OF CHONBURI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

The objectives of this study were 1) to develop of problem-based VIA Web
training on correspondence for element school of Chonburi primary educational
service area office 1. The research has efficiency according to criteria 90/90. 2) to
study satisfaction of teacher toward the problem-based VIA Web training on
correspondence for element school of Chonburi primary educational service area
office 1. The people of 82 schools teacher total 1,011 people for element school of
Chonburi primary educational service area office The sample consisted of 40 that
choose purposive sampling from teachers belong to Chonburi primary educational
service area office 1 Amphoe Meuangchonburi (I choose of 2o school by 2 person).
The employed research instrument problem-based VIA Web training on
correspondence for element school of Chonburi primary educational service area
office 1, practice between training , test after training and quality of lesson. The data
were analyzed using by the powerful lesson for training over the web and analysis
of expert in opinion , average , standard deviation. The statistics used to evaluate
effectiveness of the lesson.
Research findings were as follows : problem-based VIA Web training on
correspondence for element school of Chonburi primary educational service area
office 1 pass evaluation from expert that all the average was 4.62 in rating most
appropriate. The performance of lesson was 92.00/93.44 percent that more than the
90/90 standard and satisfaction belong rating of elementary school teachers have
average 4.51 highest level.
