Abstract
Development of curriculum development curriculum , curriculum develop-
-ment curriculum and standardized learning design. For personnel in basic education. The purpose is to develop training courses. Strengthening curriculum development. And the standard learning design. For personnel in basic education. The course is divided into four phases: basic information on curriculum development, curriculum development, and curriculum development. Resources include: The instruments used in the research were questionnaires and questionnaires. Analyze the data using the mean. Standard Deviation And content analysis Create and monitor the quality of training courses. Data were collected from 5 experts and 20 basic education personnel. Principles of training courses The purpose of the training course Academic Topics Training Courses The structure of the training course Training guidelines and training formats Training Equipment Measurement and Evaluation of Training It was found that the curriculum development curriculum and learning design were higher than the pre-test curriculum at the .05 level of significance. understanding Effectiveness was higher than criterion 70, mean score, attitude and skill performance was higher than criterion, mean score score, curriculum development and learning design. Stay in good The average score for observing learning behavior was very good. The average level of training was at a high level. The evaluation and improvement of the training curriculum showed that the average level of appropriateness of the curriculum was very high.
