SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS COMPETENCIES AND EFFICIENT PERFORMANCE OF TEACHERS IN SCHOOL NETWORK FOR ENHANCING EFFICIENCY OF EDUCATION MANAGEMENT OF REGIONAL SPECIAL EDUCATION CENTER 6 UNDER BUREAU OF SPECIAL EDUCATION ADMINISTRATION

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to: 1) study school administrators competencies in school network for enhancing efficiency of education management of regional special education center 6 under bureau of special education administration. 2) To study efficient performance of teachers in school network for enhancing efficiency of education management of regional special education center 6 under bureau of special education administration. 3) To study the relationship between school administrators competencies and efficient performance of teachers in school network for enhancing efficiency of education management of regional special education center 6 under bureau of special education administration. The study was quantitative method and the samples of this study were comprised of 182 school administers and teachers in school network for enhancing efficiency of education management of regional special education center 6 under bureau of special education administrators, obtained by simple random sampling. The instrument used for gathering data was five rating-scale questionnaires. With confidence equal to 0.98. The statistics used for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results of this research were as follows; 1. competencies of school administrators in overall at a high level
( =4.38). When each aspect was considered: it was found that team work was in high level ( =4.43), next self-development ( =4.40). Good service at a high level (=4.39), and achievement motivation were rated at a low level (=4.30). 2. Efficient performance of teachers in overall at a high level (=4.30). When each aspect was considered: it was found that quality was in high level
(=4.34), teaching approach (=4.32), The cost is at a high level. ( =4.30), The quantity is at a high level. ( =4.29), and time working were rated at a low level. (=4.27). 3. The relationship between school administrators competencies and efficient performance of teachers in school network for enhancing efficiency of education management of regional special education center 6 under bureau of special education administrators overall, the correlation coefficient (r) between 0.46-0.63 is moderate. There was a statistically significant difference at .01 levels.
