Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the project entitled “The Development Of The Inclusive Educational Management’s Quality Of The Secondary School In Sukhothai, the Secondary School Service Area Office 38”. This study evaluated the basic factors, processes, and results of the project’s products and to find ways to develop this project; “The Development Of The Inclusive Educational Management’s Quality Of The Secondary School In Sukhothai, the Secondary School Service Area Office 38”. The sample of this study consisted of 36 students, 18 administrators, and 18 teachers who teach the inclusive educational classes. The 17 experts including 4 administrators who have experienced in the inclusive education, 10 teachers who have experienced in the inclusive education for not less than 5 years, 2 academicians who have experienced in the inclusive education for not less than 5 years, and 1 educational advisor who is responsible of the inclusive education. The research instruments used in collecting the data were questionnaires and interviews. The way to analyze the data was using the instant program to find out the average (μ) and the standard deviation (σ) for getting the frequency distribution and ranking. The results of this study found that 1) The overview of the evaluating results of this project; “The Development Of The Inclusive Educational Management’s Quality Of The Secondary School In Sukhothai, the Secondary School Service Area Office 38”, was at the high level of average. When considering each aspect following the opinions of the administrators and the inclusive educational teachers, the first 3 sequences were found with the aspect of the highest average in the products. When considering each aspect, the aspect of the highest average was to expand the educational opportunities to the disable children thoroughly. With all aspects, they had the high level of opinions, and the evaluating results met all criteria. The second rank was the factors of the operating process. When considering each aspect, the aspects could be ranked in the management, processes, evaluation, and reports. With all aspects, they had the high level of opinions, and the evaluating results met all criteria. The last aspect of the lowest average was the basic factors of this project. When considering each aspect, the aspects could be ranked by the personnel, materials, management, and budget. With all aspects, they had the high level of opinions, and the evaluating results met all criteria.
2) To develop the project; “The Development Of The Inclusive Educational Management’s Quality Of The Secondary School In Sukhothai, the Secondary School Service Area Office 38”, the basic factors could be summarized: appointing the teachers for the inclusive education, making a project covered learning activities, analyzing the personnel’s readiness of managing the activities appropriately, and having a meeting to analyze the activities, and making the project appropriately. The ways to develop the processes could be summarized by using the budget to develop the aspect of appointing the action committees, providing opportunities for learners to practice more independently, reported the results of learning management continuously, and having the meeting for making the report of the students’ learning results. The ways to develop the products could be summarized by using the supervision, followed – up and evaluating the current results of the inclusive educational management. The teachers could connect the activities by focusing on the learners’ interests, competencies, and desirable characteristics, scheduling the class with a variety of learners, and providing the meeting to clarify the individual learners’ evaluation for finding out the problems, and the weak points should be improved.
