EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT TO PROMOTE LEADERSHIP BEHAVIORS OF EARLY CHILDHOOD CHILDREN THROUGH MIXED CLASS

Abstract

This research had a purpose to promote early childhood children’s leadership behaviors before and after the using of mixed class. The samples were 25 male and female early childhood children during the age of 4-5 studying in year 1 and 2 pre-elementary school at Watruekraisamukkee School, Kamphaeng Phet province, during semester 2, academic year 2018. Research instruments were 12 lesson plans to manage experiences with mixed class to promote early childhood children’s leadership behaviors. The data were analyzed statistically by Mean, Standard Deviation, and content analysis. The study indicated that the experience management to promote early childhood children’s leadership behaviors through mixed class had mean scores divided into 4 aspects as 1) Thinking, with pre-/post-experiment at 11.48/21.44, 2) Relationship, with pre-/post-experiment at 12.40/20.44, and 3) Working, with pre-/post-experiment at 12.28/20.84, 4) Self-Awareness , with pre-/post-experiment at 12.20/21.92.And the results from behavior observation record also showed that the early childhood children under the experience management to promote early childhood children’s leadership behaviors through mixed class regulated their own behaviors higher from the first and the last week respectively.
