Guidelines for promoting the publication of research articles by faculty of Education Lecturers, Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University

Abstract
The objectives of this study were 1) to study problems in the publication of lecturer in faculty of education 2) to study the need for publishing research articles of lecturer in faculty of education 3) to study the guidelines for promoting the publication of lecturer in faculty of education. The samples of the research were administrators, lecturer in faculty of education, the faculty of education researchers and the staffs, selected by purposive sampling. The using data collection tools were interview form and questionnaire.
The research findings found that overall, the lecturers’ opinion on the problem state of the research article publication was at the highest level. When considered individually, it was found that the personal side had the highest. The second was the research article issue. Publication issue and finance issue respectively. The lecturers’ opinions on the need to promote the publication of research articles had a high level of overall demand. The opinion on the need for research articles publishing promotion at a high level; for the organizations should support the costs of publishing research articles, organizations should promote and support article writing knowledge management. The organization should create incentives to induce the people in the organization to work for the highest productivity, quantity and quality. Supporting center to review articles and proceeding. Organizations should have a mentor when having problems writing foreign language articles and, respectively. The guidelines for promoting the dissemination of research articles of the lecturers were at a high level; for instance, the organization should create incentives to induce the people in the organization to perform the work for the highest productivity, quantity and quality. The organization should have an examination and publication center. Moreover, the organization should have a mentor when it comes to writing a foreign language problem. All the conclusion of the research in above shown that the guidelines for promoting the publication of research articles are the organization should create incentives to persuade people in the organization to work for both quantity and quality.
