คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏที่สอดคล้องกับตัวแบบ บีซีจี ด้านการศึกษา

ยุทธศาสตร์การบริหารสถานศึกษาตามตัวแบบเศรษฐกิจชีวภาพ เศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน และเศรษฐกิจสีเขียว ด้านการศึกษา เป็นข้อกำหนดด้านนโยบายภาครัฐที่มหาวิทยาลัยทั่วประเทศต้องนำไปปฏิบัติ เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน อย่างไรก็ตาม มหาวิทยาลัยของไทยต่างมีข้อจำกัดในการปฏิบัติตามยุทธศาสตร์และตัวแบบดังกล่าว โดยเฉพาะมหาวิทยาลัยในกลุ่มราชภัฏ จะข้อจำกัดหลายด้าน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นด้านการวางแนวทางการบริหารงาน ทรัพยากร บุคลากร และเทคโนโลยีในอันที่จะก่อให้เกิดนวัตกรรมที่เกิดจากการพัฒนาร่วมกับชุมชนและท้องถิ่นตามข้อกำหนดจากนโยบายซึ่งเป็นยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนา ทั้งนี้ ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่สุดของการพัฒนาเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายตามยุทธศาสตร์ภาครัฐ บทความนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะนำเสนอถึงคุณลักษณะผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ ซึ่งต้องมีทั้งลักษณะและองค์ประกอบของผู้นำหรือผู้บริหารที่สามารถนำพาการบริหารมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสู่เป้าหมายความสำเร็จตามยุทธศาสตร์ของภาครัฐ
