Abstract

Academy administration strategies following bioeconomy, circular economy, and green economy models regarding education are government policies required to be implemented by universities throughout Thailand to achieve sustainable development goals. However, a number of universities, especially Rajabhat universities, have some limitations such as in management plan, resources, personnel, and technology to encourage innovations developed by the universities in collaboration with communities and localities. Following the policies, which are development strategies, is the most important action that should be done to achieve the government’s strategic goals. This article aimed to present the traits of Rajabhat university administrators who should have leadership qualities and administrator characteristics to successfully administer the campuses according to the government’s strategic goals.
