Abstract

Future skills are a framework for leaders' expertise and abilities in managing quality. It has an important influence and role on the organization in the future. It is an outstanding skill that allows leaders to prepare to deal with changes in the world and is also a tool for managing the organization for efficiency. The essential future skills for leaders include skills that can be replaced by artificial intelligence (AI) including problem-solving, communication, calculation, analysis of complex matters, and skills that cannot be replaced by artificial intelligence (AI) including emotional intelligence, cultural intelligence, human relationship, adaptability, and flexibility.
