Development of Medical Face Mask Service Kiosk with Warning Light System

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to: 1) build a medical face mask service kiosk with a warning light system, 2) find the efficiency of the medical face mask service kiosk with a warning light system, and 3) study the satisfaction of the users towards the medical face mask service kiosk with a warning light system. The sample group in this research consisted of 30 students, teachers, and personnel of Chaiya Vocational College derived by purposive sampling technique. The research tools were experimental record forms and satisfaction questionnaires. The statistics used in the research were mean and standard deviation. The results of the research were as follows: 1) the quality of the developed kiosk was evaluated by the experts at a very high level. The results of the study showed that the kiosk provided masks with a warning light system was created based on the design and evaluated the quality by 5 experts with the overall aspect at the highest level. 2) The experiment was conducted for 10 consecutive times which was found that the developed kiosk showed a complete and smoothe operation without jams at 100 percent. The finding of each aspect reached a high and the highest level with the overall aspects of a high level according to the hypothesis.
