Teachers’ Opinions Concerning the Role of Administrators in Moral School Development Under the Nakhon Nayok Primary Educational Service Area Office
Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study and compare teachers' opinions about the role of administrators in the development of moral schools under the Nakhon Nayok Primary Educational Service Area Office classified by educational level, operational experiences and school size. The sample group was 220 teachers teaching in schools under the Nakhon Nayok Primary Educational Service Area Office, academic year 2021 selecting by a simple random sampling method. The 5-level estimation scale questionnaire had the accuracy (IOC) of 0.8-1.00 and the confidence (Reliability) from calculation by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was at 0.974. The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency percent, mean () standard deviation (SD). T-test (t-test). One-way Analysis of Variance.
The research results were as follows; (1) The teachers' opinions on the role of administrators in the development of moral schools under the Nakhon Nayok Primary Educational Service Area Office both in overall and in each aspect were at a high level. (2) The results of the comparison of teachers' opinions on the role of administrators in moral school development under the Nakhon Nayok Primary Educational Service Area Office revealed that teachers with educational levels were of no different opinions of teachers regarding the role of administrators in moral school development under the Nakhon Nayok Primary Educational Service Area Office both in overall and in each aspect. (3) Comparative results of teachers' opinions about the role of administrators in moral school development under the Nakhon Nayok Primary Educational Service Area Office found that teachers with different working experiences and school sizes had no different opinions about the role of administrators in moral school development under the Nakhon Nayok Primary Educational Service Area Office both in overall and in each aspect.
