Effectiveness of the Implementation of Public Place Trespassing Prevention Policy in the Pak Phraek Municipality Area

Abstract

           This research aimed to (1)  study the level of effectiveness of the implementation of the policy to prevent trespassing in public areas of Pak Phraek Municipality (2)  compare people's opinions on the effectiveness of the implementation of trespassing and occupancy prevention policy of the public place of Pak Phraek Municipality and (3) study the relationship between the effectiveness of the implementation of the policy to prevent trespassing in public place of Pak Phraek Municipality, Kanchanaburi to deal with factors affecting the effectiveness. This was quantitative approached research. Sample were 360 residents of Pakpreak City Municipality. Questionnaires were data collective tool, collected by researcher. Statistical analysis were percentages, mean, standard Deviation and t Test ANOVAF and Pearson Correlation.

           Finding were as follows; (1) effectiveness of trespassing prevention policy Implementation in Pakpreak City Municipality was high level. (2) There was no any difference among residential groups’ attitudes on successes of effectiveness of trespassing prevention policy implementation. (3) There was significant difference correlation between effectiveness of trespassing prevention policy implementation with people participation and factors affecting the implementation of policy.
