Comprehension of the Supervisors Working at T.T.S. Engineering (2004) Co., Ltd. Regarding the Ministerial Regulation on the Standards of the Administration and Safety Management, Occupational Health and Workplace Environment Involving Construction Work

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the level of comprehension of the supervisors
that work at T.T.S. Engineering (2004) Co., Ltd. regarding the ministerial regulation regulating the
standards of the administration and safety management, occupational health and workplace
environment involving construction work of 2008. The representative sample of this research was
made up of 193 persons. The research result came to following conclusions: Most of the supervisors
working for T.T.S. Engineering (2004) Co., Ltd. are 25-35 years old, not married, work in a position as
foreman, hold a Bachelor’s Degree of Civil Engineering, have an experience in the construction field
for 2-5 years. The results of a study on the level of knowledge and understanding of the supervisors
of T.T.S. Engineering (2004) Co., Ltd. on the ministerial regulations prescribing management standards.

works B.E. 2551 found that the overall knowledge and understanding was at the highest level.
