The Managerial Success of Provincial Border Immigration Process toward ASEAN Special Economics Zone

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) study managerial success of Provincial Border
Immigration process toward ASEAN Special Economics Zone. 2) compare sample’s attitude toward
managerial success of Provincial Border Immigration process toward ASEAN Special Economics Zone.
This was a quantitative survey research. Questionnaire was used as data collection tool.
Sample were provincial border immigration officers calculated by Yamane’s principle of 378 persons
The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way
analysis of variance. When a different value found, a comparison test by LSD was performed.
The findings were as the followings; (1) The managerial success of Provincial Border
Immigration process toward ASEAN Special Economics Zone was at the high level. (2) There were a
significant difference among sample’s attitude toward the managerial success of Provincial Border
Immigration process toward ASEAN Special Economics Zone at .05 level.
