Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study and compare the academic leadership of educational administrators of teachers in the united Srinakarin Campus schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2. The samplings were 265 government teachers. Data collection tools were 5-level estimation scale questionnaires with the reliability of 0.965. The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Scheffe’s method.

Findings were as follows (1) The academic leadership of educational administrators of teachers in the United Srinakrin Campus school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2 was at a highest level, as a whole aspect. And (2) Teachers with different levels of education, ages and work experiences had different opinions on the level of academic leadership of educational administrators of teachers at Srinakrin Campus School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2 in overall, significantly at the statistical level of .05.
