การพัฒนารูปแบบการเรียนการสอนแบบเน้นการปฏิบัติ เรื่อง สถาบันพระบรมราชชนก (สบช.) โมเดลสำหรับนักศึกษาการแพทย์แผนไทย วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีทางการแพทย์และสาธารณสุข กาญจนาภิเษก

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสถานการณ์และปัญหาปัจจุบันในการจัดการเรียนการสอนเกี่ยวกับ สบช.โมเดล สำหรับนักศึกษาแพทย์แผนไทย ของ วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีทางการแพทย์และสาธารณสุข กาญจนาภิเษก จังหวัดนนทบุรี 2) พัฒนารูปแบบการเรียนการสอนแบบเน้นการปฏิบัติ และ 3) ศึกษาผลของการใช้รูปแบบการเรียนการสอนแบบเน้นการปฏิบัติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นอาจารย์และนักศึกษาหลักสูตรแพทย์แผนไทย จำนวน 37 คน การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ 1) การศึกษาสถานการณ์ 2) การพัฒนารูปแบบ และ 3) การศึกษาผลของการใช้รูปแบบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบบันทึกการสนทนากลุ่ม แบบบันทึกการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก แบบทดสอบความรู้และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการทดสอบทีแบบจับคู่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบเดิมขาดโครงสร้างกิจกรรมที่ชัดเจน สื่อการสอนล้าสมัย และมีโอกาสในการฝึกปฏิบัติจริงน้อย 2) รูปแบบการเรียนการสอนแบบเน้นการปฏิบัติ ประกอบด้วย การเรียนการสอนทฤษฎีและทดลอง และฝึกปฏิบัติในสถานการณ์จริง โดยบูรณาการหลักปิงปองจราจรชีวิต 7 สี และหลักการปรับพฤติกรรม 3 อ. และ 3 ลด และ 3) คะแนนเฉลี่ยความรู้เรื่อง สบช.โมเดลของนักศึกษา หลังการใช้รูปแบบ (equation = 18.59, S.D. = 1.74) สูงกว่าก่อนการใช้รูปแบบ (equation = 14.14, S.D. = 2.29) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 คะแนนเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (equation = 4.67, S.D. = 0.39) ดังนั้น ควรบูรณาการเนื้อหา สบช.โมเดล เข้ากับหลักสูตร เพิ่มโอกาสการฝึกปฏิบัติในชุมชน และปรับปรุงสื่อการสอนให้ทันสมัย เพื่อยกระดับผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้
