บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์กระบวนการเปลี่ยนผ่านและจุดเปลี่ยนทางพฤติกรรมที่ทำให้ความสัมพันธ์พัฒนาจากกวานซีในฐานะทุนทางโครงสร้างไปสู่ซิ่นเยริ่นในฐานะทุนทางความสัมพันธ์ในบริบท
ธุรกิจไทย-จีน 2) ตรวจสอบบทบาทของเหรินฉิง และซิ่นย่งในฐานะปัจจัยขับเคลื่อนและตัวกลางที่เชื่อม
กวานซีเชิงธุรกรรมกับซิ่นเยริ่นเชิงอารมณ์ 3) วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยขับเคลื่อนและผลลัพธ์ของซิ่นเยริ่นในฐานะกลไก
กำกับดูแลนอกเหนือจากสัญญาทางกฎหมาย ที่นำไปสู่การลดต้นทุนธุรกรรมและความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขันที่ยั่งยืนโดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบกึ่งโครงสร้างกับผู้ประกอบการไทย 10 ท่าน ที่มีประสบการณ์ทำธุรกิจร่วมกับคู่ค้าชาวจีนไม่ต่ำกว่า 5 ปี ผลการวิจัยพบ 6 แก่นสาระที่เชื่อมโยงกัน ได้แก่ 1) การเปลี่ยนผ่านจากความสัมพันธ์เชิงธุรกรรมสู่ความผูกพันเชิงอารมณ์ 2) วิกฤตการณ์ในฐานะบทพิสูจน์ซิ่นย่ง
และตัวเร่งการก่อตัวของซิ่นเยริ่น 3) สถานะพวกเดียวกัน และการลดต้นทุนธุรกรรม 4) เมี่ยนจื่อในฐานะกลไกการกำกับดูแลทางอารมณ์และการรักษาความไว้วางใจระยะยาว 5) การสื่อสารบริบทสูงในฐานะตัวบ่งชี้ซิ่นเยริ่น 6) ซิ่นเยริ่นในฐานะกลไกบรรเทาความขัดแย้งและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ งานวิจัยนี้ขยายขอบเขตทฤษฎีทุนทางสังคม โดยแยกแยะระหว่างทุนทางโครงสร้าง (กวานซี) และทุนทางความสัมพันธ์ (ซิ่นเยริ่น) และเสนอว่าความไว้วางใจเชิงลึกเกิดจากการผ่านเหตุการณ์วิกฤต ไม่ใช่การสะสมตามระยะเวลาเพียงอย่างเดียว
