A Good Citizenship in Thai Democracy

Abstract

This academic paper introduces the six concepts of good citizenship under Thai democratic system which includes all of these following terms; be responsible for your own action, respect the idea of equality, respect the differences, respect the right of other, respect the law and be responsible for the society. These concepts are also consistent with ways of living in society and democratic system which comprise of these value; rational, equality, liberty, majority rule and fraternity. All in all, by acquiring good citizenship concepts, it could create a peaceful society where citizens could live harmoniously, And in the end, it could result in a democratic country that citizens are the real owner of country.
