A Study of Factors Affecting the Best Practice in Managing Learning Center in Rajapark Institute

Abstract

The objective of this research is to study the factors affecting the Managing Learning Center in Rajapark Institute. Use methodology participatory action research Determine the method of conducting the research into 3 steps. The tool used is the questionnaire which is examined by 5 experts. Content validity and used to experiment with a group of people with similar characteristics to a sample of 30 people and then analyzed for the quality of the tool by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The sampling are 165 people by questionnaire.

The research found that Obtained in the context and situation of the Managing Learning Center in Rajapark Institute. Personal factor and Place factor are affected to Managing Learning Center. And in this research found that external legal and regulatory factor, and the network development factor are affected to Managing Learning Center too. In contrast, Budget Factor and Monitoring and Evolution Factor do not related to Managing Learning Center. Moreover, Managing Learning Center still lacks knowledge management from knowledge owners and learning resource design as well as creating learning courses.
