Local Politicians’ Desirable Leadership Characteristics in Line with Sappurisadhamma of People at Muangsaensuk Municipality, Chonburi Province

Abstract

This article was to study Characteristics, to compare the people’s opinions, to Study problem, obstacles and suggestions for the Local Politicians’ Desirable Leadership Characteristics in line with Sappurisadhamma Methodology was the mixed methods: Findings were as follows People's opinions Local Politicians’ Desirable Leadership Characteristics was at high level. Based on different is not found to be different no aspect the research hypothesis. Problems and recommendations were that don't set the goals and operation guideline in the same direction, Local Politicians’ Leadership personality is hard to communicate with, don’t communicate problems directly and clearly and lack of communities coordination. Must promote righteous livelihood, must plan for activities to promote harmony in communities.
