Abstract

This article was to study the level of people's opinions, to compare the people's opinion and the problems, obstacles and recommendations for the Promotion of Political Participation in the Democracy System of Local Administration Department Officer, using Mixed Methods. Findings were level of people's opinion on the Promotion of Political Participation in the Democracy System. The overall picture is in the middle level in every aspect. Based on different is not found to be different rejecting the research hypothesis. Problems and obstacles were that the sovereignty of the people. The government should encourage people to get involved and participate in various activities of the society regarding the principle of rights and freedom. Dissemination through media, etc.
