Promotion of the Political Culture of the People In Nikhomphatthana District, Rayoung Province

Abstract

This article was to study the level of people's opinions, to compare the people's opinion and the problems, obstacles and recommendations for, People’s political culture promotion at Nikomphatthana District, Rayong Province, using Mixed Methods. Findings were the level of people's opinion on the People’s political culture promotion, by overall was at high level. Based on different is found to be different accepting the set hypothesis. Problems and obstacles were that parochial political culture still prevailed. People lacked political participation. People still see politics as the interest of individual groups. People understood politics as the acceptance. People still believed that the power of decision making belong to government, not people.
