Administrative Efficiency of the Local Administrative Organizations in Udon Thani Province

Abstract

The objective of this research was to study the factors affecting the administrative efficiency of the local administrative organizations in Udon Thani Province. The methodology was the quantitative research collected data with questionnaires that had a validity value of 0.0980 from 395 samples who were personnel from 6 local administrative organizations in Udon Thani Province. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and simple regression. Findings were as follows: Factors affecting the administrative efficiency of the local administrative organizations in Udon Thani Province were found that the New Public Administration and Sappurisa-Dhamma7, (seven virtues of good persons). Both factors collectively affected the administrative efficiency of the local administrative organizations in Udon Thani Province at the statistically significant level of 0.01. The Sappurisa-Dhamma 7 and the New Public Administration can explain the variations in the administrative efficiency level of the local administrative organizations in Udon Thani Province at 69.20 and 26.20. percent with factors' standard regression coefficients (β_2 and β_1) at 0.832 and 0.512, respectively.
