STRENGTHENING THE FAIRNESS NETWORK FOR REDUCING THE ECONOMIC DISPARITIES OF THE COMMUNITY AT KRANUAN DISTRICT, KHON KAEN PROVINCE

Abstract

Objectives this research paper were: 1. To study the reduction of community economic inequality; 2. To study the causal model of strengthening the fairness network for reducing community economic inequality; 3. To present a model for strengthening a network of fairness to reduce economic inequality in the community at Kranuan District. Khon Kaen Conducted by the quantitative research. Data were collected from 400 samples using structural equation modeling analysis.

The results of the study revealed that 1. They were reducing the economic inequality of the community. By overall, it was at a high level ( =4.17); each aspect was at the highest level. One aspect that was at the highest level was the development of community economic networks. The 3 aspects that were at a high were support for financial management, support the community in providing welfare and the network of the community resource management. 2. The causal relationship model was found that government policies, community contexts, and lifestyle behaviors, by overall had a direct influence. Indirect influence and collective influence affected the strengthening of the fairness network for reducing the community's economic inequality with statistically significant level at the 0.01. 3. Strengthening the network of justice for reducing economic inequality. First, it mainly depended on the lifestyle of the people in the community. In addition, government policies must also be set in line with the people's behavior and the community context itself must also be ready for economic development.
