Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1. To study mathematics achievement of Grade 9 Gifted students at Laboratory School of Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University by using mathematics learning activities with online flipped classroom and 2. To study the opinions on a mathematics learning activity with online flipped classroom of Grade 9 Gifted students at the Laboratory School of Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University. The target group was 32 Grade 9 Gifted students at the Laboratory School of Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University in the second semester of the academic year 2021. The research instruments consisteds of 1. learning management plan using an online flipped classroom model on pyramid cones and spheres, 2. the teaching observation form, 3. the student's learning behavior observation form, 4. the recording form using learning activities plan, 5. the mathematics achievement quizzes, 6. the mathematics achievement test, and 7. the opinion questionnaire towards mathematics learning activities with online flipped classroom.

The data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation, content analysis, interpretation, and conclusion presenting in essay form. The results showed that 1. the student's mathematics achievement in each cycle increased steadily 7.65, 8.09, 8.25 and 8.59 respectively out of 10, and at the end of the operation, it was found that 87.60 percent of students had an average score of 8.76 out of 10 and 2. the students' opinions towards a mathematics learning activity with online flipped classroom was appropriate at the highest level (Mean = 4.57, SD = 0.64).
