Abstract

This article aims to build the understanding of the technology from the past to the present in the context of public administration. The advancement of technology leads to the age of new public administration under the circumstance of changes nowadays. The article extends from the electronics management in public sector of Whistler and divides into 4 eras: Analog Government Age, Electronic Government Age, Digital Government Age, and Quantum Government Age.
