การศึกษาที่เน้นผลลัพธ์ Outcome-based Education ( OBE): กุญแจสำคัญในการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่มุ่งเน้นนักเรียนเป็นหลัก

การศึกษาที่เน้นผลลัพธ์ Outcome-based Education (OBE) เป็นการศึกษาที่ทำให้นักเรียนเกิดความรู้ ความสามารถ และเจตคติตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว้ เน้นความยืดหยุ่นทั้งรูปแบบการเรียนรู้ การวัดผล และเวลา โดยมีจุดเด่นสำคัญคือการออกแบบการเรียนรู้ไปสู่นักเรียนโดยเน้นเป้าหมายเป็นหลัก มีการปรับกระบวนทัศน์เก่าไปสู่กระบวนทัศน์ใหม่ โดยเน้นนักเรียนเป็นสำคัญ โดยที่กุญแจสู่ความสำเร็จคือความชัดเจนของเป้าหมาย การศึกษาที่เน้นผลลัพธ์ช่วยยกระดับคุณภาพการเรียนการสอน เตรียมนักเรียนให้พร้อมในการเรียนรู้ นักเรียนทุกคนมีความยืดหยุ่นและอิสระในการเรียนรู้ในแบบของตน ช่วยให้นักเรียนบรรลุเป้าหมายที่ต้องการ และช่วยเตรียมนักเรียนสำหรับการจ้างงานในอนาคต
