Outcome-Based Education (OBE): Important Key in Student-Centered Learning Management

Outcome-based Education (OBE) provides students with a set of objectives, abilities, and attitudes that emphasize flexibility in learning styles, measurements, and timing. The main highlight is the design of learning for students by focusing on the main goal. The old paradigm has been adjusted to the new paradigm with focus on students whereas the key to success is clarity of goals. Results-based education enhances the quality of learning and prepares students to learn. All students have the flexibility and freedom to learn at their own pace, which helps them achieve their goals and prepare them for future employment.
