OKRs : A new concept for leaders to improve the organizational quality

OKRs stands for “Objectives and Key Results,” and it is a concept that leaders can use to improve organizational quality. It can be used in personnel management planning, in accordance with the mission and vision of the organization. OKRs have the ability to motivate and inspire personnel to improve their operations by focusing on participation and promoting teamwork, leading the organization to success in terms of quality. OKRs are an important tool and method for tracking progress and creating consistency in operations, by measuring progress according to the organization's goals while not neglecting personal goals. Objectives and key results are important parts of OKRs.
