Abstract

Leadership is an important factor that drives an organization towards success. Positive thinking is needed to help face management challenges, see the best in others, look at oneself and positive personnel competence, optimize the surroundings and reduce negativity or stressful situations. It also helps to analyze the combination of good points of oneself and that of others for the managerial accomplishments where key elements of positive leadership thinking form the klongMalai model as follows: K –Keen, L- Learning, O- Optimism, N- Negotiator, G- Gratitude, M- Mindfulness, A- Acceptance, L-Love, A-Aim and I- Integrity.
