Abstract

It is essential to uphold ethical and moral principles to prevent problems arising within the organization in the age of artificial intelligence where organizational leaders widely utilize technology in management, operations, production, and services. Value-added leadership is therefore crucial for organizations to build trust and loyalty, creating a culture of credibility and trustworthiness which leads to stronger loyalty, inspiring and building engagement among personnel, fostering shared team goals, and enabling leaders and teams to make ethical and confident decisions. This clarity helps reduce confusion and inconsistencies, leading to successful management and goal achievement. Value-added leadership encompasses a vision where leaders integrate AI into management and encourage personnel to use AI to improve work processes in order to achieve efficiency, inspiring personnel to achieve their full potential, implementing effective communication, promoting a culture of trust, quality-based management and the importance of human resource awareness.
