For successful management, leaders need to have growth mindset. The main characteristics of growth mindset are: having the power of challenges to enable people to work towards their goals, develop personnel for continuous learning, create a reward system to make personnel accept their faith, encourage personnel to learn new things, accepting opinions and criticisms from personnel, emotional intelligence, tolerant of problems, build trust among employees, help solve work problems, encourage personnel to develop their work towards a vision where leaders use their hearts to manage, provide opportunities for personnel to participate in the work as well as bring the ideas of personnel to improve and develop for effective operation. The 4 C strategy is a strategy that encourages growth mindset including Contexts, the environment has been improved to facilitate the development of work and continuous pursuit of knowledge. Conditions are imposed on personnel to eliminate static thinking and encourage the use of growth mindset. Culture, creating a learning culture with an aim to encourage personnel to be learning persons; and Competencies, promote the development of personnel's potential with full strength and ability to be used for work effective.
