Abstract

This paper showed the principle and concept of factors affecting success in administration of elite athlete development. The factors affecting the management of elite athlete development system should be developed in every dimension, Starting from the management development of organizations involved in developing of elite athletes, including: Various sports associations as well as government agencies involved in development in this area should managing the organization from within both in terms of Administration, Personnel management, Organization operation system and other factors related to the athlete development system. There are also including: Support system Benefits to help athletes, System of selecting athletes to develop, Participation of athletes in international sports competitions, A sports competition management system that facilitates the development and selection of appropriate athletes and the knowledge in sports science to be more up-to-date. These factors should be considered as guidelines in determining strategies of sports organizations to be used to effectively develop elite athletes.
