บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้เป็นการนำเสนอเกี่ยวกับแนวคิดและหลักการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารจัดการด้านการพัฒนานักกีฬาสู่ความเป็นเลิศ โดยปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการจัดการระบบพัฒนานักกีฬาสู่ความเป็นเลิศนั้น ควรต้องได้รับการพัฒนาในทุกมิติ โดยเริ่มตั้งแต่ การพัฒนาทางด้านการบริหารจัดการขององค์กรที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการพัฒนาความเป็นเลิศของนักกีฬาอันได้แก่ สมาคมกีฬาต่าง ๆ รวมไปถึงหน่วยงานของรัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาในด้านนี้ ซึ่งควรจะต้องเริ่มต้นจากการบริหารจัดการองค์จากภายในทั้งในด้าน การบริหาร การจัดการด้านบุคลากรในองค์กร ระบบการปฏิบัติงาน รวมไปถึงปัจจัยอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกันกับระบบการพัฒนานักกีฬาอันได้แก่ ระบบการสนับสนุน สวัสดิการช่วยเหลือนักกีฬา ระบบการคัดเลือกนักกีฬาเข้าสู่การพัฒนาความเป็นเลิศ การสนับสนุนในการส่งนักกีฬาเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันกีฬาในต่างประเทศ ระบบการจัดการแข่งขันกีฬาที่เอื้อต่อการพัฒนาและคัดเลือกนักกีฬาที่เหมาะสม อีกทั้งยังต้องมีการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ทางด้านวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬาให้เป็นปัจจุบันมากยิ่งขึ้น โดยปัจจัยเหล่านี้ควรจะเป็นแนวทางพิจารณาในการกำหนดกลยุทธ์ขององค์กรกีฬาเพื่อนำไปใช้ในการพัฒนานักกีฬาสู่ความเป็นเลิศได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
