A Strategic Management of Songkhla Vocational College for Sustainable in accordance with Standard Criteria of Asia Pacific Accreditation and Certification Commission (APACC)

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study a strategic management of Songkhla. Vocational College for sustainable in accordance with standard criteria of Asia Pacific Accreditation and Certification Commission (APACC) 2) to create a strategic management of Songkhla Vocational College for sustainable in accordance with standard criteria of Asia Pacific Accreditation and Certification Commission (APACC) 3) to develop a strategic management of Songkhla Vocational College for sustainable in accordance with standard criteria of Asia Pacific Accreditation and Certification Commission (APACC) and 4) to assess a strategic management of Songkhla Vocational College for sustainable in accordance with standard criteria of Asia Pacific Accreditation and Certification Commission (APACC). Sample of the research were 15 specialists of educational quality assurance in accordance with standard criteria of Asia Pacific Accreditation and Certification Commission (APACC), 11 experts of educational quality assurance, 4executives and 88 teachers and 18 educational personnel. The research instruments were documentary analysis form, focus group form and questionnaire. The research results found that 1. A strategic management of Songkhla Vocational College for sustainable in accordance with standard criteria of Asia Pacific Accreditation and Certification Commission (APACC) consists of 6 aspects. 2. The creation of strategic management of Songkhla Vocational College for sustainable in accordance with standard criteria of Asia Pacific Accreditation and Certification Commission (APACC) have an Index of item-Objective Congruence (IOC) at 1.00 for 4 aspects, at 0.93 for 1 aspect and at 0.87 for 1 aspect. 3. The development of strategic management of Songkhla Vocational College for sustainable in accordance with standard criteria of Asia Pacific Accreditation and Certification Commission (APACC) have an Index of item-Objective Congruence (IOC) at 1.00 for all aspects. 4. The satisfaction of executives, teachers and educational personnels towards a strategic management of Songkhla Vocational College for sustainable in accordance with standard criteria of Asia Pacific Accreditation and Certification Commission (APACC) of the overall was at a high level.
