Development of Quality Assurance Data Warehouse System with Google Sites Application of Hatyai Technical College

The objectives of this research were to: (1) develop a quality assurance data repository system using the Google Sites application for Hatyai Technical College, (2) evaluate the efficiency of the quality assurance data repository system using the Google Sites application for Hatyai Technical College, and (3) assess users’ satisfaction with the quality assurance data repository system using the Google Sites application for Hatyai Technical College. The target group for this study consisted of three experts and ten users, including teachers and staff responsible for key performance indicators, selected through purposive sampling. The research instruments included: (1) the quality assurance data repository system using the Google Sites application for Hatyai Technical College, (2) a questionnaire on the system’s efficiency, and (3) a questionnaire on user satisfaction. Data were analyzed using mean () and standard deviation (S.D.). The efficiency evaluation conducted by the experts assessed four aspects of the system revealing that the quality assurance data repository system using the Google Sites application for Hatyai Technical College achieved the highest level of efficiency, with an average score of 4.83 (
= 4.83, S.D. = 0.38). The users’ satisfaction assessment also indicated the highest level of satisfaction with an average score of 4.63 (
= 4.63, S.D. = 0.49).
