The Vocational Skilled Craftsman Development Project (VSCDP) is a key initiative guideline for enhancing vocational skills among the workforce in Thailand’s southern border provinces. This project implemented by Kanjanaphisek Technical College Pattani focuses on upgrading the competencies of skilled craftsmen to meet labor market demands. It emphasizes hands-on training, technical skill development, and capacity building through an integrated collaboration between educational institutions, industries, and businesses. The project aims to produce highly skilled professionals through modern curricula, intensive practical training, and digital technology integration. Graduates are expected to acquire industry-relevant skills and entrepreneurial capabilities, equipping them for employment in various sectors or self-employment. The anticipated outcomes include increased job opportunities, improved livelihoods for local workers, and strengthened economic growth in the southern border provinces.
