Blockchain Adoption in Food Supply Chains: A Systematic Literature Review of Sme’s in Asean

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบเกี่ยวกับการประยุกต์ใช้ เทคโนโลยีบล็อกเชนในห่วงโซ่อุปทานอาหารของวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาด (SMEs) ในภูมิภาคอาเซียน โดยทำการคัดเลือกและวิเคราะห์บทความวิจัยจำนวน 50 ฉบับ จากฐานข้อมูล Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect และ Google Scholar ครอบคลุมช่วงปี พ.ศ. 2564–2569 ผ่านกระบวนการคัดกรองตามแนวทาง PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) ย่อม ผลการศึกษาพบว่า เทคโนโลยีบล็อกเชนส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพของห่วงโซ่อุปทานอาหารอย่างมีนัยสำคัญใน 3 มิติหลัก ได้แก่ ความโปร่งใส การตรวจสอบย้อนกลับ และประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงาน นอกจากนี้ การสนับสนุนของผู้บริหารสูงสุด ความพร้อมขององค์กร และโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านดิจิทัล เป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ส่งผลต่อการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีในกลุ่ม SMEs กรอบทฤษฎีเทคโนโลยี-องค์กร-สิ่งแวดล้อม (TOE Framework) ร่วมกับแบบจำลองการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี (TAM) และทฤษฎีการยอมรับและการใช้เทคโนโลยีแบบรวม (UTAUT) เป็นแนวทางทฤษฎีที่พบบ่อยที่สุดในวรรณกรรม การวิจัยนี้เสนอกรอบแนวคิดเชิงบูรณาการและข้อเสนอแนะเชิงปฏิบัติสำหรับ SMEs ในอุตสาหกรรมอาหารของอาเซียน
