การรับรู้การสนับสนุนจากองค์กรและสมรรถนะในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานในยุค AI: บทบาทส่งผ่านของความรู้และทักษะดิจิทัลและการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี AI ในธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์อิทธิพลของการรับรู้การสนับสนุนจากองค์กรที่มีต่อการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ ความรู้และทักษะดิจิทัล และสมรรถนะในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน และ 2) ทดสอบบทบาทส่งผ่านของการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์และความรู้และทักษะดิจิทัลในความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้การสนับสนุนจากองค์กรกับสมรรถนะในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลจากพนักงานธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร จำนวน 551 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการโครงสร้างแบบกำลังสองน้อยที่สุดบางส่วน (PLS-SEM)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การรับรู้การสนับสนุนจากองค์กรมีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (β = .425, p < .001) และความรู้และทักษะดิจิทัล (β = .498, p < .001) ขณะที่การยอมรับเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (β = .352, p < .001) และความรู้และทักษะดิจิทัล (β = .459, p < .001) มีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อสมรรถนะในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน อย่างไรก็ตาม การรับรู้การสนับสนุนจากองค์กรไม่มีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อสมรรถนะในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน (β = .001, p = .980) แต่มีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมผ่านการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (β = .150, p < .001) และผ่านความรู้และทักษะดิจิทัล (β = .229, p < .001) โดยโมเดลสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของสมรรถนะในการปฏิบัติงานได้ร้อยละ 53.10 (R² = .531) ผลการวิจัยจึงสะท้อนว่า การยอมรับเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์และความรู้และทักษะดิจิทัลทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวแปรส่งผ่านแบบสมบูรณ์ในลักษณะตัวแปรส่งผ่านคู่ขนาน ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่า การสนับสนุนจากองค์กรจะส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะในการปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ เมื่อพนักงานสามารถแปลงการสนับสนุนนั้นไปสู่การยอมรับเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์และการพัฒนาทักษะดิจิทัลในการทำงาน
